East Coast Convention 2009 will again be in Dayton OH. July 16-19, 2009. We will be based at the Courtyard Marriott -- University of Dayton located at 2006 S. Edwin C. Moses Blvd in Dayton, Ohio.  Click on the "Hotel Information" link on the left for how to reserve your room.  The link on that page will take you to the website for the hotel and give you any additional information about the amenities there. 

Rooms for this year originally were set for $110 per night for both double and single rooms.  The hotel was able to drop the price for our event to $99 per night effective 5/28/09.  The new price will be for any rooms reserved.  That means if you already have reservations or if you make your reservations now you will be charged the new price of $99 per night.  We will have a meeting room on Friday and Saturday night from 6 pm till midnight. 

There is wireless internet in the room and the hotel will set us up with router and wired connections as well.  So we can bring computers, set them up in the meeting room and play against each other from across the room!

The plan as it stands now is Golf on Thursday with an 8 am Tee Time at the Madden Golf Course 2 miles from the hotel.  The USAF Museum on Friday and the air show on Saturday.  We were not able to obtain the private chalet again this year and each person attending will have to buy their own ticket to the air show.  We have stopped charging a registration fee this year as that was to pay for the tent at the air show.  Those that have paid the registration fee should have received a refund or will shortly.  If not please contact KenJr so he can make arrangements.
